About Me

Living life in London too hard and too fast left me seeking balance and purpose, and ultimately led me to discover yoga in my mid-twenties. Up until this point, my relationship with both my body and mind had been wanting. For me, yoga was a gateway to a happier and healthier lifestyle through a more conscious and connected way of being. As a 600 hour advanced teacher, I draw on my lived experience when teaching and offer an honest and unique perspective into the practice.

I am a big advocate of explorative movement, encouraging students to be curious and playful. I believe that we should work with our bodies; that freedom is found through listening to and responding to what we feel. It is exciting to unlock new freedom and potential in the body and I am committed to helping others to connect, discover and grow.  Inspired by my love for movement and anatomy, I studied Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy. I have developed a detailed understanding of our beautiful bodies, the relationships within our anatomy and the power of touch. Recognising that our physical health and mental health are intrinsically connected, I embarked on an 8 month Mental Resilience training in 2020 which has been key in threading all of my training and practices together. This wealth of experience enables me to work with individuals and groups in a deeply holistic way, nurturing both body and mind for impactful transformation.
