A super mash up of fiery flow and gooey restorative. Drop out of your head and land into your body as we move through a strong and playful sequence designed to get your heart racing, before indulging in a much-deserved, delicious wind-down. Bring your bolsters and blankets for a blissfully relaxing finish.
Flow & Restore
60 mins: Suitable for all levels
Indulge in an hour of deeeeeep relaxation. A sweet, slow flow specially designed to gently free your body and calm your mind. Moving with intention and soft focus, with a gradual build and dedicated wind down to leave you feeling totally blissed out. It’s dribble inducing in the best kind of way!
1:1 Sessions
Private tuition allows me to dedicate my complete attention to the individual. One to one clients may be working with a special need or consideration, or simply with the desire to deepen their practice.
